Acclimating to the heat!

We are in the middle of a heat wave. Having returned from a couple days of beautiful chilly nights and moderate days, 100+ degree weather is yucky. It's not even cooling down enough at night. We've had a couple of "almost" thunderstorms, and even had a few minutes of rain yesterday, but so far nothing exciting. I also seem to have come home delicious. I got no mosquito bites on vacation, but within one day of being home have no less than 12 spider bites on my legs. I'm so happy to have been able to satisfy my arachnid friends. LOL


Maybe I'm drinking enough water to keep my braincells hydrated, but I found the energy to make a new pair of earrings today. Irina earrings are continuing in the vein of my love for Chalcedony. I love the elongated earwire on these.
I also joined Artfire today and so I listed them there. My one and only product there so far, but I'm acclimating and my creative juices are finally hydrated enough to flow!
